Abstract

ABSTRACT


Achieving the quality of higher education is largely determined by the quality of the lecturers in each field of science that they develop, innovative universities, quality and responsive to global developments and the local order for its success lies in development efforts and fostering the main driving force for growth, namely university lecturers. Motivation is an impulse / power that arises from oneself without any coercion from anyone to do a job. It has long been known that humans are social creatures. As a social being he needs affection, recognition of existence, a desire to have these various needs, humans work and try their best to fulfill that desire. Meanwhile, accountability is a manifestation of the obligation of a person or organizational unit to be accountable for the management and control of resources and the implementation of the policies entrusted to him in order to achieve the goals that have been set through the periodic accountability media.
