Abstract

Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency is one of the highland areas that is able to develop red chili plants with the highest yields. In their business, farmers not only aim to meet household needs, but also as a source of family income. So that after the PT Berkah Rosul Bersudara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program it will certainly affect the income level of the Bekancan farmer group family. Towards the Income Level of Bekancan Red Chili Farmers. This research was conducted in Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency starting January 2022. The research method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The results showed that PT Berkah Rosul Brothers as a partner through the CSR program contributed to the income of Bekancan red chili farmers, namely Mr. Mbangun Sitepu, Pandi S Pandia, and Imran Tarigan in Telagah Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. The 15 hectare land planted with red chilies is said to be successful. The contribution is channeled through the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund program in the form of business capital assistance for fertilizer needs, sending experts and so on. So with this contribution, the income of Bekancan red chili farmers increased by about 50% from the previous income.
