Abstract

This resrarch aims to anlyze the influence of aunthentic leadership on turnover intentions which is mediated by job satisfaction among employees at banking services companies in South Jakarta. This type of resrarch uses quantitative methods using hypothesis testing methods at two branch offices in one of the banks in Indonesia,namely PT Bank Mandiri which is located in South Jakarta. Testing in this resrarch uses hypothesis which makes temporary guesses and is expressed in the form of a statement. The individualunits used in this research are individual employees of PT Bank Mandiri. Data collection for this research was carried out cross sectionally because the data was taken over a specified time period and distributed through a questionnaire. From the results of the analysis of the authentic leadership hypothesis, job satisfaction, turnover intention, all hypotheses are supported so that it can be concluded that the analysis of the positive influence of authentic leadership on job satisfaction can be conclude that the leadership off pt Bank Mandiri has an suthentic leadership style so that employees. Job targets given by the company.
