Standard word in Indonesian are ones that adhere to established linguistic norms. Spelling, conventional grammar, and common dictionary words are only a few of the linguistic norms that can be found in standard words. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how pupils use common and uncommon words. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. Students from the Department of Indonesian Language Education at The State Islamic University of North Sumatra served as the research participants. According to the study's findings, most students at The State Islamic University of North Sumatra's Department of Indonesian Language Education already grasp both standard and non-standard words, and very few do not.

Langgar is the oldest Islamic institution in the field of education that has existed and developed in the Islamic community of our country. Langgar is an Islamic educational institution that was first established before the pesantren came into existence. The goal of this study is to gain an overview of personal and social guidance programs that can help students better adjust to social situations in the classroom. The description of the guiding program was discovered using qualitative research techniques. Interviews were the primary data gathering method employed in this study. In this study, counseling professors from MA Mualimin UNIVA in Medan City served as interview subjects. As a result, group and individual counseling are the techniques employed in personal and social therapy to enhance students' social adjustment. Effective communication techniques, the capacity to control one's emotions, the development of confidence, the management of stress, and an understanding of the significance of preserving one's mental and physical health are among the topics covered in the guiding program. However, social scientists and academics also discovered challenges in the implementation of personal guidance programs, including a lack of parental support, time restraints, and limited resources. It is crucial to do study on initiatives aimed at enhancing students' social adjustment. Previous research has demonstrated that group guidance programs can aid pupils in enhancing their social adjustment. Students can learn to identify and handle personal or social issues that affect their capacity to adapt to their surroundings through a successful personal and social counseling program.

The enthusiasm for student learning is important in an effort to support students in their learning achievements both in academic and non-academic achievements. The failure of students is a concern for researchers to see the background which is a source of enthusiasm for learning for students. Based on the results of the researcher's research, the researcher saw many cases where students had low interest in learning because there was no enthusiasm for learning from within the students. This research will examine the inhibiting and supporting factors that become the enthusiasm for student learning at SMK Mandiri Medan. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. Where the researcher made direct observations and conducted interviews with several students as samples. Based on the results of the study, the researchers found several factors that supported students' enthusiasm for learning including high motivation, enthusiasm, a sense of accomplishment and a desire to develop. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in the enthusiasm for learning in class XII students at SMK Mandiri Medan include a non-conducive learning environment, lack of support for students, excessive pressure and demands.

Street children are essentially victims and phenomena that arise as a side effect of mistakes or inaccuracies in the selection of a development model that has so far placed too much emphasis on growth aspects and regional development bias which has been too concentrated in big cities. The city of Medan, like other big cities in Indonesia, faces the problem of many street children. According to the Raperda for Child Protection, the Medan Government that the number of street children in 2022 will reach 550 souls. Seeing the increasing number of street children in the city of Medan and the many factors that cause them to become street children, the purpose of this research is to find out the background of street children choosing to work on the streets, the social relations of street children and the physical health of street children. The method used is descriptive research, quantitative meaning this research describes a situation according to events as they are that can be interviewed, observed and studied documentation. Quantitative descriptive method is defined as a research method in the form of a description with numbers. From several locations in Medan City that were used as places for children to make money in this study, there were three points used as research locations, namely Pasar Raya MMTC, Terminal Aksara and Alfamidi in Medan City. The results showed that poverty, parental encouragement, social environment, low education and wanting to have their own money were the factors behind street children in Medan City. By working as street children, the social relations of street children are closed, they don't care, and they are lazy. The physical health of street children, which the researchers have observed, is that most of the street children experience skin irritation and thin bodies due to unhealthy eating patterns.

This article discusses effective HRM strategies in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs. D'SRUPUT SMEs face various challenges, including intense market competition, changing consumer trends, limited resources, and difficulties in building a strong brand. In addressing these challenges, effective HRM strategies become key to improving performance and business growth. In order to optimize HRM strategies, industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs are important to learn successful practices that support SME growth. The data collection method used in this article is structured interviews with D'SRUPUT entrepreneurs in Karawang Regency. The findings from the industrial visits to D'SRUPUT SMEs depict a focus on the food and beverage sector, established in 2019. When starting their business, D'SRUPUT faced challenges competing with more established competitors. The conclusion of this article is that effective HRM strategies are highly relevant in driving the growth of D'SRUPUT SMEs, and the recommendations include implementing these strategies, utilizing appropriate technology, continuous evaluation and improvement, and industrial visits to learn best practices in supporting SME growth.

Group guidance and counseling is one of the important services provided in schools. However, at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, the implementation of group guidance and counseling faces several obstacles. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results of the study show that there are several inhibiting factors that affect the implementation of group guidance and counseling at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate, including lack of support from the school, lack of knowledge and skills of the BK teachers, and lack of student participation and motivation.

This study aims to find out whether the use of mobile phones can interfere with learning activities for students and to find out the treatment that is usually given by guidance and counseling teachers. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method using data collection techniques, namely interview and observation techniques. The research subjects in this study were guidance and counseling teachers at MAN 2 Medan and 21 students at MAN 2 Medan. The results of the study show that the use of mobile phones can interfere with student learning activities, but on the other hand the teaching and learning process of MAN 2 Model is also somewhat assisted by technology in the form of mobile phones such as in providing material, google forms, and learning videos on certain subjects. The handling provided by the guidance and counseling teacher is to provide information services for mild cases and for severe cases the guidance and counseling teacher will call the parents of the students.

Indonesia is a country known for its cultural diversity, more than that Indonesia also has a very wide water area. Most of Indonesia's territory consists of oceans and has considerable marine potential. With the potential it has, it should be able to prosper the community, fishermen who depend on this marine (maritime) potential. But in reality, the life of fishing communities is always poverty stricken, even the life of fishermen is often identified with poverty. Fishermen (especially labor fishermen and traditional fishermen) are part of a community group that can be classified as the poorest social layer among coastal community groups. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research design. The population in this study were all fishermen in the coastal area of Pantai Labu, Palu Sibaji District. Sampling of this study by accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in research by way of interviews using prepared questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 people who work as fishermen. The findings from this study, most of the fishermen still catch fish using traditional tools, besides that the fishermen also make efforts to protect aquatic ecosystems such as making fish houses and strictly prohibiting the occurrence of sea bombings.

Algae have the potential as a very useful resource for humans. Some types of algae have been known to have antioxidant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory, and antifungal properties that can help in the treatment of diseases. This research was conducted in traditional markets and modern markets in Medan City, especially on Jl. Jamin Ginting, North Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of algae-based medicinal products (microalgae or macroalgae) available in traditional/modern markets in Medan city. The sampling method used in this study was the cruise method with purposive sampling technique. The results showed 3 types of medicines in traditional and modern markets in Medan City that are made from algae, namely Ever E 250 (Seaweed Capsules), Algae Calcium (Red Algae) and Brown Seaweed (Brown Algae). Some of the health benefits of red algae include maintaining thyroid function, lowering cholesterol and as a healthy diet menu. The benefits of brown algae include algin or alginate acid from brown algae used in ice cream formation, pill formation, ointments, tooth cleaners, and lotions. Meanwhile, green algae contain carotenoids, phycocyanin, plant sterols, and linoletat which can help maintain heart health.

Onion production has expanded among the community from year to year, the large amount of shallot skin waste can bring new problems that can affect environmental pollution if not handled immediately. The purpose of this research is to provide knowledge about the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from shallot skin waste. Compounds found in shallot skin contribute to soil fertility and have a positive impact on plants. The research methodology used is an experimental approach by applying yourself how to make liquid organic fertilizer from leftover shallot skins. The research findings show that the remaining shallot skins can be used as liquid organic fertilizer which has many benefits for plant growth. In line with previous findings that have been made, said that chili plants can utilize liquid organic fertilizer made from onion peel application to grow faster. In addition to chili plants, liquid organic fertilizer can also help grow okra, mustard greens, spinach, tomatoes, and ornamental plants.

A substance administered to plants with the intention of enhancing nutrient availability is referred to as fertilizer. The goal of this study project was to find a solution to the issue of environmental contamination brought on by the buildup of dry leaf detritus. Compost is created using dry leaf waste as the primary component and EM4 as an aid.EM4 is responsible for breaking down the organic material in leaves. The characteristics of the pre-made dry leaf compost are its blackish brown hue, crumbly and somewhat rough texture, lack of odor, and loose granular shape. The method of research used is library research, or research that is based on printed books and journals that are accessible on Google Scoolar. This type of study is a descriptive analysis that draws on the works of authors who have expertise in relevant disciplines and other studies that are descriptive in nature. Using data gathered through the inductive method, generalizations are then analyzed using one or more initial data sets. The acquired data was examined using a descriptive analytic approach. By turning dry leaves into compost that is more beneficial and valuable economically, this research also aims to strengthen and expand the community's creative capacities as well as its economics. Bright colors are a sign of overly dry composting or a humidity level below 30%. One factor in determining a compost's maturity is aroma. The compost fermentation process will produce a variety of strong aromas.

Coffee (Coffea sp.) is a plantation product that plays a significant part in the economic development of Indonesians since it can generate significant foreign exchange. Finding out how to control trash from many parts of products created by people in Indonesia is the main goal of this publication. Utilizing qualitative research with the chosen sort of literature study is the chosen research methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that Indonesian coffee waste contains many benefits that can be utilized by local residents. With a different way of managing each product produced, both in terms of managing coffee into cascara tea, coffee cherries into coffee jam, coffee into animal feed, coffee pulp into organic manure, processing coffee waste into compost.

One of the busiest places is the beach. The beach is where the highest tide meets the mainland. The beach is a rapidly developing tourist destination with strategic potential, including the mangrove beach. The most common environmental problem is waste. The high rate of waste generation will definitely have an effect on the health of the environment, which includes the community and other living beings. The objective of the research was to determine community behavior that resulted in environmental damage. The research used a descriptive quantitative method where the data collected was based on the results of a questionnaire using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the behavior of coastal communities was in the unfavorable category as it resulted in environmental damage to mangrove beaches. The conclusion of this study is that the behavior of the community is in the unfavorable category, causing environmental damage to the mangrove coast. This is supported by the overall results with the highest value category for population activity (50%), natural resource conditions (80%) and mangrove conditions (53.3%). ) is not very good.

The popularity the idea of recycling recycled cans for use in metal crafts. of canned beverages. Pencils and other things are frequently placed directly into trash cans without being handled beforehand. However, it is possible to use recycled cans as the primary component in metal press engineering works. In addition to describing the production procedures and results of using used cans to build metal crafts with press techniques, this study aims to describe the can types that are best used as materials for such constructions. The procedures of observation, interviewing, and documenting were used to collect the data. The results showed that the best type of material for metal crafts manufactured using the press technique was soda cans (Tebs packaging, etc.). This kind of can is flexible, suited for compression techniques, and has a metal thickness of 0.3 mm (relatively thick). It can leave a mark by pressing it once or twice. The metal is very simple to mould, which saves time. The manufacturing process begins with cleaning used cans and cutting them into rectangular shapes. Next, drawings are created, then they are adhered, traced with used pencils or pens, shaped as desired, and finished.

Whereas cursive writing has many benefits for students. The purpose of this literature review is to provide an overview of the relationship between cursive writing and the reading ability of elementary school students. The method used in this study is the literature study or literature review method. The technique used is collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information related to the research topic. Based on the literature review conducted, cursive writing skills have many benefits including training visual-motor skills, visual spatial skills, spelling, cognitive skills, and understanding of writing so that students’ reading skills become better and faster to capture the content of the reading. Another result of this study is that cursive writing activates the synaptic network of students’ brains so that the information read by students can be remembered longer and also through this cursive writing activity students’ patience is also well honed. Therefore, cursive writing can be one of the strategies to improve students’ reading skills.

One of the fundamental problems in Indonesia is the low level of public literacy. In order to increase literacy in Indonesia, the government created the National Literacy Movement (GLN) program which consists of the School Literacy Movement (GLS), the Family Literacy Movement, and the Community Literacy Movement. To support these activities, the Ministry of Education and Culture has again launched a new policy called Freedom to Learn on an Independent Campus (MBKM), one of its programs, namely Campus Teaching which focuses on increasing literacy and numeracy in schools. One of the efforts made by campus teaching students to increase school literacy at SD N Tambakromo 1 is by making a magazine with the theme of local wisdom. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method, which is a data collection technique by means of observation and interviews. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that there is an increase in literacy in students at SDN Tambakromo 1 through bulletin boards with the theme of local wisdom. This is due to the students' interest in local culture or wisdom which is used as a bulletin with their own creativity. In addition to increasing students' literacy in making magazines, it also increases the creativity and skills of students at SDN Tambakromo 1.

The result of the study is the process of learning and teaching skills in teaching and learning activities in inclusive schools for students in the lecturing is still being averaged with other normal children, namely by using the 2013 curriculum, so that ABK is included in the lecturing must be supplemented with additional assignments from the selection teacher who was provided by the school's electives inclusive. Learning from the teacher by repeating letters of the alphabet again, rearranging letter cards into words or sentences, and repeating words in reading is very helpful for flexible children in overcoming reading difficulties. With so many startup in education field such as Zenius, Quipper, ruangguru and etc. Course academy normally work in conventional way (face to face or via offline) which is the system kind of similar as the school system, now it can work via online (capable to access anytime and anywhere). One of the example is Zenius application which was founded in 2008 and has started for over 12 years. The research is aim to identificate how the 'e-learning' learning method influence the learning way of senior high school students. The research is about discrepancy evaluation model which is to calculate the amount of influence from online learning method. The data is collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed with discrepancy evaluation model. The amount of success is counted with criteria of aabsolute. Respondents of the research is senior high school students which consist of 10 grade until 12 grade students whether directly involved or not involved with zenius application. With percentage of 53,3% shows that stundent is neutral(not influence) by the influence of zenius application, as the conclusion zenius is not significantly influence the respondents learning method

The Deli Malays are a group of Malays originating from North Sumatra. The majority of people from the Deli Malay tribe are located in Deli Serdang, which is around Medan Madya City. The history of eating rice face to face was originally because life in the past among the Malay people was very Islamic, marrying off their children by means of arranged marriages and introducing families through the tradition of eating rice face to face. The purpose of this research is to know the tradition of eating against Deli Malay customs in the perspective of the Koran. Eating facing is a meal together or a meal with a plate. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research by examining in depth about eating face to face or what is commonly called rice face to face. The results of the study found patterns of communication by using the interview method with one of the researchers' friends. Eating rice face to face is one of the traditional Malay processions that is highly awaited by the bride and groom in the wedding process. Eating rice face to face is not just for carrying out traditional processions, but has many symbolic meanings taken from this customary process. The results of the research are that it is permissible to use the tradition of eating with one's face as long as it does not violate religious rules in accordance with Islamic law.

This study is intended to answer the problem: Can the True or False strategy improve student learning outcomes on halal and haram food materials in class VII MITs Al-Ikhwan Sefragile ABC? These quentions were discussed in two cycles of classroom behavioral reseacrh. The sequence of stages includes plan, act, observe, and consider. The results show that: Can the True or False strategy improve student learning outcomes on halal and haram food materials in class VII MTs Al-Ikhwan Sefragile ABC? These problems are discussed through classroom action research carried out through 2 cycles with each cycle of stages being planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results are as follows. In Class VII MTs, correct or incorrect strategies can improve students' learning outcomes on halal and haram ingredients. Al Ifwan Sephrazir ABC. Cycle students only 53.1% Cycle I 65.3%, Cycle II 85.6%.

Various This research was conducted aiming to determine the percentage of people who actively smoke and to prove how the behavior of coastal communities in Sei Mati Medan Labuhan Village regarding health. To achieve this goal, the researcher used a quantitative descriptive method, which is a research methodology by submitting questionnaires to informants or the public. This was done to calculate, describe, and present the community's figures regarding smoking behavior. The analysis technique used was interviews with questions that had been arranged in a questionnaire. The results showed that of the 30 samples taken from coastal communities, 60% of the respondents were active smokers, the majority of whom were 20 years old. Factors supporting the counseling strategy on public health in the Sei Mati Medan Labuhan Subdistrict are due to the high number of active smokers in coastal areas and are related to behavior drivers in the community itself.

Various cultures during pregnancy during Sanifas still appear in society in the form of various prohibitions and behaviors that cannot be carried out by mothers during pregnancy and the postpartum period. The Batang Kilat area, Medan Labuhan District, is one of the modern coastal areas, so it is necessary to study cultural practices during pregnancy to the postpartum period in this area. The purpose of this research is to explore the beliefs and cultural practices in the Batang Lightning region during pregnancy to the postpartum period. This research is a qualitative research with a case study. In-depth interview data collection method. Participants in this understanding are pregnant women and postpartum women with a total of 7 participants. The results of this study obtained 5 themes, namely views regarding pregnancy examination and care, views regarding birth attendants, views regarding dietary restrictions and behavior during pregnancy, views regarding behavior during the postpartum period, and family support in postpartum care.

Health is one of the basic human needs to be able to live a decent and productive life. For this reason, it is necessary to provide controlled health in terms of cost and quality, because every human being, rich or poor, living in developed or developing countries, is always faced with life-threatening risks at any time. The implementation of the referral system in Indonesia has been arranged in a tiered or tiered form, namely First, Second and Third Level Health Facilities, which in practice do not stand alone but are in a system and are interconnected. Until now the implementation of the tiered referral system is still being refined, especially related to the understanding of BPJS participants about the tiered referral system. Lots of participants who came to PPK I or PPK II did not understand the tiered referral mechanism. The method used in this study is the Literature Review method, which is a systematic, reproducible and explicit method for identifying, evaluating and synthesizing the works and ideas of researchers. The results obtained from the results of this study are that there are still many people or patients who still do not understand the tiered referral system in the National Health Insurance (JKN). after reviewing as many as 5 articles, it was concluded that there are still many people or patients who still do not understand the tiered referral system in the national health insurance (JKN). This is due to the understanding of health workers regarding the vertical referral system and the horizontal referral system and referral patients have never received socialization about the referral system, explanations from officers were obtained when requesting referrals and posters at the puskesmas.

As we know that history cannot be separated from a series of events that have been limited by space and time in which these events were formed and occurred. Many people say that history is something static that cannot possibly be "recycled" based on the context of its era. Along with the development of human knowledge, with the potential for great curiosity, it has influenced people's perspectives on history, who previously considered that history was only a static event, rigid and did not even have any contribution to the advancement of scientific studies, but this view automatically disappeared in the womb of the struggle for study. Islam, where history is always dynamic, along with the "pulse flow" of the development of human civilization. This paper uses a heuristic method using critical analysis sourced from primary books.With the heuristic method as an analytical tool to dissect the peculiarities of the past, it can be interpreted because it is seen as having a unique influence on the present and the future. It is in this context that efforts are made to link the relevance of Islamic education as a field of life that is experiencing challenges. These challenges are examined from various perspectives, including studying Islamic education from a historical perspective. It is at this point that the dynamics of Islamic education can be meaningful for the development of science.

This study aims to find out how the role of Islamic religious education in shaping the nation's character. This research uses qualitative research methods using the type of study literature research. Where study literature is a type of research by answering existing problems by reviewing appropriate literature so that solutions to these problems can be given. The results of this research are in character building, religious education is an irreplaceable basic support because religion contains noble values that are absolutely good and true. These noble values such as, honesty and trustworthiness, it is undeniable that these two values are noble values that are absolutely good and truthful. The real embodiment of these values in daily behavior will give birth to superior character. Islamic religious education is a continuation of the role of religion which is certainly not just teaching ritual actions such as praying and reading prayers, but more than that, which is shaping the overall human behavior in order to gain the pleasure of Allah SWT. Islamic religious education plays a role in the formation of character or behavior of students. Basically, the learning of Islamic Religious Education is directed to shape the character of students. Through religious education, students are expected to know, recognize, and practice character values in everyday life, so that students with superior character are formed.

Cooperatives play a crucial role in the economic development of communities, especially in rural areas like Desa Namo Bintang, Kecamatan Pancur Baru. Cooperatives can be an effective means to stimulate economic growth and improve the welfare of the community. However, in fulfilling their role, cooperatives face various challenges that need to be overcome in order to provide maximum benefits to the community. This research aims to analyze the role of cooperatives in the economic development of the community in Desa Namo Bintang and identify the challenges faced by cooperatives in achieving their goals. The research methodology employed in this study is field research, including interviews and direct observations of the cooperatives in Desa Namo Bintang. The research identifies several challenges faced by cooperatives in Desa Namo Bintang. Firstly, there is a limitation of capital that affects the cooperative's ability to provide loans to its members. Secondly, the lack of access to a broader market limits the sale of cooperative products. Thirdly, the insufficient involvement of the younger generation in cooperative activities threatens the sustainability of the cooperatives in the future. In addressing these challenges, several recommendations are provided. Firstly, the government needs to provide financial and technical support to cooperatives through mentoring and training programs. Secondly, cooperatives need to innovate in product marketing and expand their networks. Thirdly, cooperatives must actively engage the younger generation by involving them in decision-making processes and providing opportunities for skill development.

the JKN mobile application is an application that can be accessed via a smartphone. The JKN mobile application is the latest innovation from Health BPJS in improving a service to the community, especially in the health sector, but many people have not used this application to find out the services and knowledge of the community using the JKN mobile application service and to examine the effectiveness of using the JKN mobile application for the community writing this journal article using the article search method using two databases, namely Google Scholar and PubMed Health with the keyword service utilization, mobile JKN. mandatory application of health services in Indonesia through digitization which also facilitates membership registration to obtain health services in the form of individual health counseling, immunization, family planning and effective health screening, so that people in Indonesia will be evenly distributed or at least reach 98% can become participants by using JKN mobile as the quality of health services. The quality of mobile JKN health services raises the satisfaction of health service users. the results of the research by experts show that mobile health insurance has satisfactory quality for its use. However, many people still don't know about this JKN application.

Education is a conscious effort made to educate and teach students, so that students can develop from those who don't know to know. Learning is said to be successful if the objectives of the learning process carried out can be achieved. Therefore we need a process that provides opportunities for students to actively interact, find knowledge and be able to solve a problem in learning. In this study using quantitative research methods where in this study we conducted 2 classes of SMA Negeri 1 Bahorok. The selection of this sample was carried out by drawing lots of three classes with the same major to take two classes that would be used as research samples (random class in parallel class). This research was conducted in class X at SMA Negeri 1 Bahorok, academic year 2022/2023. The number of samples in this study were 59 students. This sample is divided into 2 classes. This study aims to analyze the learning barriers of students at SMA Negeri 1 Bahorok in class X ipa. The results of this study indicate that students' obstacles in studying Biology generally lie because students lack friends in discussions so that students do not have targets to achieve which causes students to despair.

The purpose of this research is to find out the problems with implementing the independent curriculum in biology subjects at SMA Al-Hidayah Medan and also to find out what solutions educators have made in dealing with the problems they are experiencing. This research was conducted on July 12, 2023 using a qualitative approach and conducting interview sessions as well as documentation as a data collection technique. The data analysis technique is done by asking questions and writing important notes. The results of the study indicate that there are several obstacles, both internal and external factors. On the internal factor educators experience a little difficulty in planning learning activities and also managing time to convey the material to be taught. On external factors, educators experience difficulties in conveying material because each student has a different character and also the lack of infrastructure provided.

In this analysis, the understanding of the Lam Ara Tunong village community regarding their awareness and concern for the environment will be examined. This analysis aims to investigate the understanding and concern of the Lam Ara Tunong village community for the environment. Awareness and concern for the environment are key factors in maintaining ecosystem sustainability and natural balance. This study used a survey method, the survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form to be filled out by respondents. This research hopes to provide insight and open the horizons of thinking of the people of Lam Ara Tunong village. The population taken is from the village of Lam Ara Tunong. The sample used in this study was 60 people who were local people. Data collection techniques in this study used the Guttman scale. The instrument used was a random sampling technique. Furthermore, the results of this questionnaire data were analyzed by looking at the score of the choices.

Those who include educators because of their positions, for example, kindergarten to high school teachers, mentors in play groups, caregivers in orphanages and others. Educators are adults who guide children so that the child can lead to maturity. Educators are people who are responsible for the implementation of education with the target being students. Students experience their education in three environments, namely the family environment, school environment, and community environment. Therefore, those responsible for the education of students in the family environment are parents, in the school environment are teachers, in the community environment are people involved in educational activities, such as caregivers of orphans, mentors in play groups. This study is intended to recognize and interpret qiyas as a translation technique in understanding the Qur'an. This study uses a descriptive approach, which involves searching for written sources. The results of this study are the meaning of Qiyas itself and the relationship of Qiyas in the Understanding of the Qur'an where qiyas may actually be carried out with the assumption that there is no Nash that can be used as a halal premise. In this situation where the Al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah do not clearly state the law, it tends to be argued that qiyas is an approach by utilizing ra'yu to study syara' rules.

That in Patumbak District, West Binjai District, Medan Marelan District, there are various types of mushrooms of the basidiomycetes class, some of which can be consumed, can be used as medicine, and some cannot be consumed because they contain poison. The types of Basidiomycetes mushrooms found in the Districts of Patumbak, West Binjai and Medan Marelan are very diverse. The results of this study were the types of fungi found, namely Trametes, Pleurotus, Lactarius, Ganoderma, Fomitopsis, Phaeolus, Cronartium. This is influenced by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and soil pH. The development and growth of fungi is strongly influenced by environmental factors, including humidity, temperature, soil pH and light intensity.

The Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) is one of the indices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The index, which was launched on July 3, 2000, is intended to accommodate investors who wish to invest in the stock market in sharia-compliant stocks. As for the increase and decrease in stock prices, of course there are several indicators that influence it, one of which is macroeconomic factors. Macroeconomic factors are the factors that become the center of attention of investors, these factors are the occurrence of World Oil Prices, the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index, and the Jakarta Islamic Index. So these factors have the potential to increase profits or reduce risks. The aim of the research is to determine the effect of world oil prices and the Dow Jones Islamic Index (DJIM) on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). This research is a quantitative research using secondary data from the annual reports of related variables. The samples in this study were taken during the 2016-2020 period. The statistical test used in this study used the Eviews 10 program with quantitative analysis. The results of the study show that the first hypothesis, World Oil Prices have a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The second hypothesis, the Dow Jones Islamic Market Index has no effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index. The third hypothesis, simultaneously the two independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the Jakarta Islamic Index.

The aim of this study is to assess the impact of student learning outcomes via the TPS cooperative learning model on exchange materials between Asian countries and other countries in class IX MTsN2 Medan ini 2022. That’s it decided in 2023. The research conducted is a Quasi-experimental, Quantitative study. This population consist exsclusively of class IX MTsN 2 Medan. The sample for this study consisted of 32 students in grade IX-4 (the experimental class was taught using the Think Pair Share collaborative learning model) and 32 students in grade IX-5 (the control class used the traditional learning model). was taught using a test instrumen in the form of multiple choice question served as the study instrument. Data analysis was performed using the t-tes. based on the analysis of the t-test result, we found t-count > t-table, namely 13,694>1,679. and significance leval α = 0,05, dk= n1+n2 – 2 = 32+32-2 = 62. This indicates that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, suggesting an impact on social science learning outcomes for students using the TPS learning model. Furthermore, there are significant differences in learning outcomes for students taught using the TPS collaborative learning model and traditional learning models. this is evidenced by the average pretest score of 22,27 and the posttest average score of 75,00 for the experimental class. In the control class, the pre-test mean was 20,94 and post-test 71,33.The results of this study suggest that the sink-pair Share learning model influencess the social science learning outcomes of class IX MTsN 2 Medan. There fore, the TPS learning model is used by school social studies teachers as her one of the social studies learning options. Moreover, the TPS learning model should be able to bring more insight to school students.

Bahkan dalam Al-Qur’an maupun Hadis, sumber hukum islam terdapat contoh dan regulasi jual beli yang telah sesuai dengan prinsip dalam islam, dan ini berlaku bagi penjual dan pembeli. Jurnal ini membahas tentang bagaimana jual beli dalam pandangan islam. Diskriptif metode digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dicari sumber dari bahan bahan tertulis. Hasil dari pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi definisi jual beli, rukun dan syarat jual beli, macam macam jual beli dan contoh jual beli yang dilarang dalam islam. Terdapat 3 bagian utama dalam pembahasan jurnal tersebut. Pertama, defenisi jual beli dalam islam dijelaskan yaitu sebagai proses pertukaran barang atau uang dengan memenuhi syarat -syarat yang berlaku. Kedua, jual beli dasar hukumnya dalam agama islam terdapat dalam Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Ketiga, jurnal ini juga membahas tentang rukun serta syarat dalam jual beli. Dimana rukun jual beli memiliki enam pilar,termasuk ijab(penawaran) dan qabul(penerimaan) sedangkan syarat-syarat dalam jual beli melibatkan keberadaan kedua pihak yang berakad, yaitu penjual serta pembeli, serta persyaratan seperti agama islam dan keberakalan. Secara keseluruhan jurnal ini menguraikan bagaimana konsep jual beli dalam hukum agam islam, dimana dasar hukumnya ada didalam al quran maupun hadis, serta rukun maupun syarat yang harus dipenuhi ketika melakukan transaksi jual beli. Pengetahuan tentang prinsip-prinsip ini dapat membatu umat muslim dalam melakuka jual beli sesuai tuntutan agama serta memperoleh berkah dalam kegiatan ekonomi mereka.

When viewed from the poverty rate which is almost rampant in every developed and developing country in all parts of the world. This study aims to find out the motives, meanings, and experiences of Starbucks Partners Galuh Mas Karawang in using the Shopee application as an online buying and selling site. In this study, the authors used a qualitative method with the phenomenological approach of Alfred Schutz. The phenomenological approach aims to understand the meaning of an event and its influence on actors, the nature of this research is descriptive which means the preparation of research in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. The criteria from the informants in this study were male or female Starbucks Partners who use the Shopee application as a means to sell or buy products. Informants who will be used as sources in this study amounted to 5 people.

A new study released by UNICEF in 2022, states that nearly 70 percent of the 20,000 household drinking water sources tested in Indonesia have been contaminated with fecal waste and one of the causes of the spread of diarrheal diseases. Based on data from the Bumi Ayu Health Center (2022), households are still found using the plengsengan and cemplung types of latrines. Improper fecal drainage conditions make clean water sources and drinking water cannot be used directly so that it can have an impact on public health. The purpose of this study was to analyze the source of water and septic tank ownership with total Coliform household clean water in the District of South Dumai. This study uses quantitative research with cross sectional design. Sampling technique is done by purposive sampling technique. The Data were obtained by using questionnaires and laboratory tests of clean water samples (Wells) consumed and <10 m with a septictank of 10 samples. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the chi square test and it is known that the entire sample contains total coliform bacteria (> 50 MPN). It is known that there is a relationship between the source of clean water used by respondents with septic tank ownership. Then the results of the analysis with total coliform content showed that all samples of well water, which is a subsurface water source, were contaminated by total coliform bacteria so that they did not meet hygiene and health standards. The suggestion is that people should be more selective in choosing and using water sources for consumption.

Pulmonary TB cases at the Bandar Khalifah Health Center increased in 2021 by 219 cases, while in 2022 there were 268 cases. This study aims to determine the risk factors of the physical environment of the house and health behavior with the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the Working Area of UPT Puskesmas Bandar Khalifah Deli Serdang. This study used a case control design, with a sample of 120 people consisting of 60 cases and 60 controls. Using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between occupancy density (p value = 0.009, OR= 2.891), ventilation (p value = 0.010, OR= 0.351), lighting (p value = 0.045, OR= 2.486) and the presence of room windows (p value = 0.026, OR= 0.660) with the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the working area of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center. Meanwhile, knowledge (p value = 0.231, OR= 0.229), attitude (p value = 0.778, OR= 0.351), and floor type (p value = 0.601, OR= 0.660) were not related to the incidence of Pulmonary TB in the working area of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center.

Background: Covid-19 is transmitted through droplets (splashes) when talking, coughing and sneezing from people infected with the Coronavirus. In addition, this disease can also be transmitted through physical contact (touch or handshake) with sufferers and touching the face, mouth and nose by hands that are exposed to the Coronavirus. Clean living behavior (PHBS) is one of the prevention of Covid-19, for example, washing hands with soap. Research Methods: Analytical Survey using a cross-sectional approach with 34 samples according to the research criteria. Data collection was carried out in July 2023. This research was conducted at SDN 3 Tempuran, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, with data analysis using SPSS 26. Research results: There were 34 samples of research respondents, the highest was in the 11 year age group, namely 12 respondents (35.3%) with an average of 10.21, it was known that there were more women, namely 19 respondents (55.9%). Then the class of respondents was divided into grades 4.5 and 6 and most were found in Grade 6 students, namely 14 respondents (41.2%). The majority of children's knowledge distribution before being given education is low knowledge in 21 respondents (61.8%). While the distribution of children's knowledge after being given education was the majority in high knowledge in 21 respondents (61.8%). The p-value was obtained 0.000 (p-value <0.005). Conclusion: there is the influence of video media on the level of knowledge of handwashing with soap in preventing COVID-19..

This research was motivated by the researcher's interest in the Islamic Personal Development program at SMP IT Al-Hijrah which in fact is the flagship program of the JSIT curriculum (Integrated Islamic School Network) which is able to shape students' Islamic personalities. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of the Islamic Personal Development program in shaping the morals of students in SMP IT Al-Hijrah starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervision stages. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are (1) BPI program planning in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah including setting goals, forming organizational structures and tasks, schedules, materials as well as grouping students and assessments. (2) The organization of the BPI program is carried out by forming an organizational structure along with its role. (3) The implementation of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out in groups in accordance with BPI rules every Monday from 07.00-10.00 WIB. (4) Supervision of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out by monitoring, reporting, follow-up, assessment and evaluation. Based on the findings of the research above, the Management of the Islamic Personal Development Program in shaping the morals of students at Al-Hijrah IT Junior High School is that it has succeeded in shaping the morals of students but has not been maximized. Factors that influence the inadequacy of this program are Human Resources or BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Coaches that do not yet fully exist, lack of parental control at home, lack of innovation or new ideas in BPI management.

Remittances are PMI's income sent from abroad to their families in the country. The problem that often occurs is that many remittances are misused by families. This study aims to analyze the effect of education level, patriarchal culture, and family income on contraceptive use and fertility as well as to analyze the effect of work experience, work skills, marital status on remittances and family welfare of PMI from Bali Province. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method consisting of 98 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis. The results of the study found that work experience, work skills, and marital status had a positive and significant effect on remittances. Work experience, work skills, marital status, and remittances have a positive and significant effect on family welfare. Work experience, work skills, and marital status indirectly influence family welfare through PMI remittances from the Province of Bali.

With the increasing population in Indonesia, it has resulted in an increase in patients coming to the hospital, including in Banten Province, especially in the City and District of Serang. Even though hospitals in Banten Province are increasing every year, the accumulation of patients in hospitals still occurs. Efficient hospital services are one of the determinants of hospital quality so that they are able to use all available resources to generate profits as desired. This requires hospitals to improve operational performance by increasing the competence of human resources and Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) which has been quite widely applied in hospitals today. The results showed that 4 hypotheses were accepted while 3 hypotheses were rejected. HR competence has a significant effect on hospital operational performance. Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) has a positive and significant effect on the operational performance of the hospital. Meanwhile, organizational culture has no significant effect on improving hospital operational performance. HR competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Lean management also has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Then the indirect relationship between HR competence on hospital operational performance through organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect, as well as the indirect relationship between Manajemen Ramping (Lean management) on operational performance through organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect. So the conclusion of this study is that both exogenous variables are good predictors for predicting hospital operational performance.

The subject of this research focuses on sago factory founders, managers and workers. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and periodic conclusions drawn during the study. The results of this study indicate that the existence of this home industry can create jobs for the people of the village of Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. It is very well realized that the development of the community's economy through the small and medium business sector has proven to help the community in their family's economic life by reducing the level of unemployment that occurs in many rural areas. This is one of the distinctive characteristics of the small industrial sector, by continuing to develop and empower the community's economy, it will be able to help with the problem of lack of jobs and the large number of unemployed people in the village of Kwala Begumit Village, Binjai District, Langkat Regency. This research was motivated by wanting to know the extent to which factors influence employee performance at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia. One of the variables that researchers use to examine the influence of employee performance is company culture. The purpose of this research is to explain or explain the influence of company culture variables on employee performance. This research was carried out at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia from June to September 2023. The research method used was quantitative with associative techniques. The population at PT Fuji Technica Indonesia was 400 people. The samples taken were 80 people using the Slovin sampling technique. Based on the calculation results shown in table 4.5, a correlation coefficient of r = 0.767 and a determination coefficient of R = r2 = 0.588 were obtained. Testing the significance of the correlation obtained tcount (10.551 > t table (2.000) at  = 0.05, indicating that the correlation coefficient is significant. Thus, the research hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between Corporate Culture and Employee Performance can be accepted. This means that the better the Corporate Culture will be followed by high Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination of 0.588 shows that 58.8% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by variations in Corporate Culture, the remaining 41.2% is determined by other factors outside Corporate Culture. Based on the results of calculations to develop an equation model In the regression between Company Culture (X) and Employee Performance (Y), the constant α = 3.041 and the regression coefficient β = 1.132 were obtained. Thus, the influence between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y can be expressed in a simple linear regression equation model as follows: Ý = 3.041 + 1.132 This shows that the regression equation model is significant. The linearity test results obtained Fcount (1.25) < Ftable (1.90) at  = 0.05. These results indicate that the regression equation is linear. Based on the test results above, the regression equation Ý = 3.041+ 1.132X can be used to explain the form of a linear relationship between Company Culture and Employee Performance. This relationship shows that there is a direction of change in the trend of respondent employee performance due to company culture.

Sungai Sembilan sub-district holds the highest rank in cases of diarrhea in Dumai City in the last 2 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal health behavior and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in Sungai Sembilan District, Dumai City, Riau Province. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers with a history of diarrhea in Sungai Sembilan District, Dumai City, Riau Province. The sample taken was 100 people who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The data obtained in this study were processed using the chi-square test statistic. Based on the results , it was found that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers (p = 0.006), there was a significant relationship between mother's attitude and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers (p = 0.013), there was no significant relationship between hand washing habits mothers with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers (p = 0.229) and there is a significant relationship between the hygiene of mother's eating and drinking utensils and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers (p = 0.027) in Sungai Sembilan District, Dumai City, Riau Province. Based on the research's results, the suggestions and benefits obtained are 1) can add insight into related knowledge 2) health promotion is needed in the form of routine counseling to mothers , 3) can be an additional reference in further research.

One of the interesting tourist destinations in Lumajang Regency is B29 Tourism Village in Argosari Village, Senduro District. From here, visitors can enjoy views of Mount Bromo, the highest peak in the Sand Sea area, which is located about 40 kilometers from Lumajang City and has a height of about 2900 meters above sea level. Argosari Village also has amazing natural beauty, making it an attraction for tourists. The Lumajang Regency Government has a policy that regulates the tourism sector through the cultural tourism office. Garbage is a common problem for the wider community, especially in the people of Gedok Hamlet, Argosari Village, Senduro District, Lumajang Regency. The unavailability of trash bins has led to the habit of burning garbage which can cause air pollution, and throwing garbage in vacant land or ravines which can cause environmental damage. This service focuses on the waste problems that occur in Gedok Hamlet, to reduce littering we provide several trash cans that can be useful for Gedok Hamlet residents to dispose of waste in its place. This service uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method, which involves community participation through interviews and observations of the community around Gedok Hamlet as a data source. This service aims to provide benefits and good impacts on waste problems that occur both in Gedok Hamlet and in the wider community, so that they understand the impact of waste on the environment and health.

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, among drivers/helpers at PT. Pancaran Energy Transportasi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a population of 114 drivers/helpers in the company. The analysis method used is path analysis, utilizing a Likert scale in the questionnaire. The research results indicate that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while the work environment does not have a direct significant impact on turnover intention. Job satisfaction also does not have a direct significant impact on turnover intention. Furthermore, compensation and work environment directly and significantly influence turnover intention through job satisfaction.

The SMILE application (Worker Protection Information System) is a special application belonging to the Tanjung Morawa Branch of Employment BPJS which has been integrated with all Employment BPJS companies. The SMILE application system can be used to transfer membership, check membership status and be used for updating data, correcting internal office data, updating data and geotagging. However, the SMILE application still has problems when doing geotagging, namely on the display and maps to find the address point for the company's location. The author aims to evaluate the geotagging interface in the SMILE application using Human Centered Design. HCD (Human Centered Design) is a method which in its process is based on the general natural characteristics of humans with the hope of creating a system based on user needs and being able to solve problems and constraints faced by users. The author is not at the real development stage, because the application currently running has a lot of data so it will be risky if development is carried out, without careful calculations. Based on user feedback with a total of 5 respondents. The final result is in the form of a prototype based on user interface evaluation using the HCD method as a reference material for improving the SMILE application.

Apart from that, the risk of errors is also higher because data entry is done manually.On the other hand, using Accurate as a transaction input system can increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial reports. Accurate is an accounting software designed to help entrepreneurs or accountants in managing company financial transactions. By using Accurate, transaction input can be done automatically through integration with various data sources, such as the cashier system, purchasing system and sales system. This reduces the need to enter data manually, so the time and effort required can be minimized.Apart from that, Accurate is also equipped with an automatic validation feature which can reduce the risk of human error in inputting transactions. This feature will check the data entered and provide warnings or notifications if there are errors or discrepancies with applicable accounting rules. Thus, the accuracy of financial reports can be improved.In this research, a comparison will be made between manually inputting transactions and using Accurate in financial reports. The objective of this study was to ascertain the impact of employing narrative strategies on the oral communication abilities of students at SMPS Plus Kasih Ibu Patumbak. The employed research methodology is experimental. The study population consisted of 105 students from class VII SMPS Plus Kasih Ibu Patumbak. The experimental group, consisting of 35 students from class VII-A, received instruction on storytelling techniques in narrative texts. The control group, consisting of 35 students from class VII-B, did not receive instruction on storytelling. The research was carried out using the following procedures: administering tests, providing interventions, and conducting post-tests. The examination is conducted in the form of an oral test. The researcher poses inquiries pertaining to the subject matter, and the students respond verbally. The findings indicate a notable improvement in students' oral proficiency through the utilisation of storytelling methodologies. Upon performing the data analysis, the researcher determined that the t-observation value was 3.80, whereas the t-table value was 2.00. The t-observation value (3.80) is greater than the t-table value (2.00) with a sample size of 68 and a significance threshold of α=0.5. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is deemed valid. Storytelling approaches have a notable impact on students' speaking abilities

The growth of digitalization has impacted both the consumer and producer sides of the transaction market. One of them is the ability to now buy, sell, market, order, and pay for products online. This research applies the literature study method. In this journal, a series of interrelated activities are carried out by collecting library data, reading, storing data, and managing data materials for research. Based on the results and discussion, it can be said that, in the face of rivalry in business development, business actors, both micro, small and medium enterprises, MSMEs, must take into account digital marketing as one of the strategies. To support this, the majority of MSMEs agreed on three metrics for digital marketing, namely: providing clear information to consumers, assisting MSMEs in expanding market reach, and making it easier to communicate with consumers to better fulfill customer demands.

Higher education must immediately adapt because the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is changing social life and the order of society. Higher education plays an important role in developing students who are ready to face this shift. The Pancasila and Citizenship Education study program at FPIPS UPI plays a significant role through the innovative Global Citizenship Exchange Program. Through international exchange, this program aims to enhance students' abilities as global citizens. This case study uses qualitative methodology to collect data through interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results show students' high interest and interest in this program, and the results show that global citizenship skills increase. Initiatives like these are critical to preparing students for future changes and ensuring that they contribute positively to an increasingly connected global society.

The results of research conducted by the Katadata Insight Center regarding the use of health and telemedicine services in Indonesia from 28 February – 7 March 2022 found that 8% of respondents chose telemedicine services, while 33% chose to seek treatment/consultation from a doctor directly, 27% chose to look for related information symptoms of disease felt via the internet, 19% chose to buy medicine directly, 11% chose to drink herbal medicine/concoction, and the remaining 2% chose to let the disease heal itself [10]. The survey was conducted online with an age criterion of 16 years. The total number of respondents who took part in this online survey was 2,108 people spread across 34 provinces. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the use of telemedicine as an alternative to online health consultation services is still relatively small. In this research, the approach used is a qualitative approach (qualitative research). The qualitative method is a non-numerical research technique where people are involved as research instruments. The results of this research show that relative advantage, compatibility, and trialability are factors in the adoption of telemedicine applications at Paramadina University. Of these three characteristics, relative advantage is the most dominant characteristic in this research from the user's perspective. Informants feel that there are advantages in using telemedicine applications, such as helping to get faster and more efficient services, telemedicine applications can also be relied on when needed, such as when there is no time to visit a doctor at a hospital or clinic, using telemedicine applications is also easy to do and learn so it is easy. to understand.

The dedication carried out in this activity is Micro Small Enterprises (UMK) in Mekarnangka Village which is one of the livelihoods of Mekarnangka Village residents by utilizing agricultural products as processed raw materials. In addition, there are also many other micro small business actors who still have not obtained business permits such as NIB and halal certified, so with the program we have compiled can introduce and increase public understanding of the importance of making NIB and halal certification as the legality of a product. The research method uses a mentoring method, which is carried out through 3 stages, namely, planning, implementation and evaluation. Based on data proven by questionnaires, respondents were 22 MSEs in Mekarnangka Village 100%, consisting of 15 business actors who already have a Business Identification Number (NIB) and 7 business actors who already have a Business Identification Number (NIB) and Halal Certificate.

Halal is permitted and thoyyib means good. The issue of halal food and thoyyib is interesting because Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. In the Qur'an, Allah SWT has regulated the obligation to consume halal and thoyyib food, namely in Surah Al Baqarah verse 168. However, understanding and attitudes about halal food and thoyyib in daily life are still lacking, even though the partner is the mother's father/guardian. students from the Shibghoh Akhlak Qur'an school in Bekasi City, which is a community group in a good Islamic religious environment. Low understanding and attitudes will cause behavior towards halal food and thoyyib to also be low. The aim of this activity is to increase understanding and attitudes towards halal and thoyyib food among partners. The methods used are education and discussion. The results of the pretest and post-test showed that there was an increase in the understanding and attitude of the parents of Shibghoh Akhlak Qur'an school students towards halal food. Understanding of halal food increased by 62.7% with an attitude of 59%. Meanwhile, attitude of thoyyib food has been good since before education, so there is no increase in attitude of thoyyib food. There was an increase in thoyyib food attitudes of only 1%. Participants gave positive responses to the activities that had been carried out.

Financial ratios including CAR, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, and LDR were used in this study to see if there were any changes in the company's financial performance between the pre- and post-acquisition periods of PT Bank Interim Indonesia (PT Bank Rabobank International Indonesia). With a comparative research design, this study falls within the quantitative research category. Secondary data for the five-year period (2018–2022) was obtained from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk's quarterly financial filings. With the use of SPSS software, the paired sample t-test and the Wilcoxon test are the data analysis techniques performed. The paired sample t-test produced the following output, the CAR and LDR variables showed significant differences, while the other two ROA and ROE variables did not have differences in the period before and after the acquisition. The other two variables, NIM and BOPO were tested using the wilcoxon test and the output of the NIM variable showed a significant difference, while the BOPO variable did not have any difference in the period before and after the acquisition.

Household waste pollution remains a common problem. Various efforts have been made by government and non-governmental institutions to contribute to tackling household waste. Not only waste banks, but now many institutions offer services to accommodate recyclable or reusable waste. Environmental care campaigns are one effort to convey information or ideas about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment we live in, namely the earth. The mentoring method was carried out by providing and explaining materials, questions and answers (discussions) as well as providing examples regarding environmental sustainability education and waste management which was conducted on August 21, 2023 located at the Flamboyan RPTRA, Menteng Dalam Village, Tebet District, South Jakarta. The activity was held by the PKM team from Sahid University with 14 RPTRA residents and 2 people from the local village. The PKM team consisted of 3 lecturers and 5 students providing campaign materials and examples. The results of this activity are that online materials have been provided on effective communication for environmental campaigns and waste management by the Communication lecturers team from Sahid University. Furthermore, examples of how to convey campaigns were submitted by PKM students. At the end of the event the PKM team also asked participants about their impressions after participating in the mentoring.
