Marketing strategy is a way to create a sustainable competitive advantage for both companies that produce goods and services. Market competition is a major challenge for entrepreneurs. One of the Indonesian batik production industries is located in the village of Wukirsari. The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitive marketing strategy of the global Giliroyo batik industry. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive method where the data collection technique used was a literature study. According to the survey results, the marketing strategy of the global Jiriroyo tie-dye industry consists of a product strategy, a pricing strategy, a sales promotion strategy and a placement strategy, which are commonly referred to as the 4Ps.

The open unemployment rate and the low number of jobs have become the main concerns in labor issues and the targets of the sustainable development goals agenda in Tangerang City. The Covid-19 pandemic also has an impact on the employment sector, namely limited job vacancies and limited work experience, which also affects fresh graduates. This study aims to describe how the Implementation of the Employment Opportunities Expansion Policy in Tangerang City before and during the Covid-19 pandemic is seen from several programs that have been issued before and during the pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses the Dennis A. Rondinelli and G. Shabbir Cheema Implementation Model, which is a theoretical framework used to examine how decentralized government initiatives are implemented. The environment, notions of interorganizational linkages, organizational resources for program implementation, and the traits and skills of implementing agents are four variables that may have an impact on how a policy is implemented. The findings show that the program was not implemented as well as it should have been in order to improve career possibilities for Fresh Graduate both before and during the Covid-19 outbreak at the Tangerang City Manpower Office many differences were towards better services. However, there are still problems in the provisions for participants who join the program that should be improved so as not to hinder other participants.

The determination of the Ottoman manuscripts to exist during the time of Uthman bin Affan and the existence of total unity that exists in the text of the Koran throughout the world with various sects in the world is one form of the success of the caliph Uthman bin Affan which cannot be rivaled by anyone in uniting Muslims. . This study aims to analyze the government system and the role of Ahl Al-Hall wa Al-'Aqd during the khulafaurrosyidin era, which started with the government system of Abu Bakar, Umar Bin Khottab, Ustman Bin 'Affan and Ali bin Abi Talib. The method used in this literature is carried out by examining the concepts and theories used based on the available literature, which includes books, articles published in scientific journals which contain theories relevant to research problems. The results of this study are that overall the appointment of khalifaurrasyidin is carried out by way of deliberation. Even though at the moment of selecting the caliph one with the other caliphs had different problems to reach an agreement on the election of the caliph. This is natural, so that the different problems he experienced gave birth to different efforts between one caliph and another. Ahl Al-Hall wa Al-Aqd are people who have contributed to realizing the replacement of the caliph after the death of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Modernitas ini merupakan bagian dari rangkaian historis dalam perjalanan sejarah. Modernitas ini berkaitan erat dengan gejala sekularisme dalam tatanan masyarakat. Konsekuensi yang dihadapi ialah dogma agama yang semula sakral kemudian didekonstruksi oleh para pemeluknya dengan menyesuaikan perkembangan zaman, sehingga agama menjadi bersifat profan. Dewasa ini modernitas diterapkan oleh seluruh kalangan, hingga pada kalangan umat Islam. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini membahas bagaimana Islam merespon adanya modernitas dari Barat. Sebab, di dalam Islam terdapat kubu yang menerima serta menolak. Mereka yang menerima berlandaskan bahwa modernitas dapat disesuaikan dengan al-Quran sesuai dengan zamannya, sedangkan mereka yang menolak beralasan bahwa modernitas merupakan produk Barat dan menghilangkan nilai-nilai agama.

This study describes the Development of Islam in the Umayyad Period. The focus of this research is to find out the history of the establishment of the Umayyads, Islamic civilization during the Umayyad period, and the reasons for its decline and the fall of the Umayyads. The result is the Umayyad dynasty is taken from the name Umayyah Ibn 'Abdi Shams Ibn 'Abdi Manaf, this dynasty was actually initiated since the leadership of caliph Uthman bin Affan but only later successfully declared and gained recognition of sovereignty by all the people after the caliph Ali was killed and Hasan ibn Ali who was appointed by the people the Muslims in Iraq handed over their power to Muawiyah after doing so negotiations and agreements. The unity of the Muslim ummah in one leadership at that time was called the jama'ah year ('Am al Jama'ah) 41 H (661 M). And the decline and destruction of the Umayyad dynasty was caused by many factors, among them are: power struggles between royal families, prolonged conflict with the Shia and Khawarij opposition groups, ethnic conflict between North Arab tribes and South Arab tribes, the incompetence of the caliphs in leading the government and the tendencies of those who live luxury, overthrow by the Bani Abbas fully supported by the Bani Hashim, the Shia, and the Mawali group.

The population of the subject in this research are all outsourcing employees as the author sampling for 79 respondents. The method of data collecting used in this research is questioner. The analysis technique used in this research is simple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it can be concluded that performance appraisal had positive and significant effects on incentives for outsourcing employees PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen (KAPM) area Palembang.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on work spirit of employees in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. The populations in this study were all employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency. This research used saturation sampling method, for 58 respondents. The data in this study were collected using a questionnaire method. The analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on work spirit of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ogan Ilir Regency.

The education system played an important role in the development and expansion of the Ottoman Empire. Based on this, this article discusses, describes, and analyzes Islamic education in the Ottoman Empire. The object of this research is a literature search with a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative descriptive research is research that describes existing data. This study uses historical methods. Education during the Ottoman Empire was driven by advanced educational institutions during the Ottoman empire, namely madrasas. In this case it is not just the number of buildings, but the quality of education offered by producing scholars who are experts in their fields.

Madrasas are educational institutions that combine the national curriculum with the Islamic curriculum. Madrasa education is an alternative to advancing education in the midst of the times. In various countries, especially in Muslim minority countries in the Southeast Asian region, for example Thailand and the Philippines, madrasas are educational institutions that enable people to get an education, if they cannot afford to go to public educational institutions. Madrasas were once considered inferior in terms of their education system, but this did not solely apply to all madrasas, or more precisely, the education system in madrasas has now undergone modernization so as to allow for a better quality of education with combined scientific dualism, namely religion and science. general. Therefore, this paper aims to discuss, describe, and analyze the madrasah education system in the Southeast Asian region, in this case in Thailand and the Philippines. The research uses qualitative research methods with a library research approach. Madrasah education in basic Thailand starts from the ibtidaiyah level, then continues with mutawassitha, and continues at the final level, namely tsanawiyah. Meanwhile in the Philippines, there are madrasah madrasas, regular madrasah madrasas, and integrated madrasas. Regular madrasah diniyah have levels of education similar to the madrasah education system in Thailand.

Instilling spiritual values in students is an important component in the Islamic education system. Not only in Islamic education-based schools, spiritual values are also important to be instilled by PAI teachers in general-based schools. This is important to do in order to make students good human beings and have good morals. The concept of Sufism itself is one of the spiritual values that can be taught material in the learning process. One of the leading figures of Sufism scholars in Indonesia who teaches Sufism with its own uniqueness in conveying the concept of Sufism, namely using literature, is Syekh Hamzah Fansuri. This is something interesting to discuss and research. This article will discuss how to instill spiritual values in students through the boat poem written by Syekh Hamzah Fansuri. From this research produced 6 spiritual values-tasawwuf taken from 6 stanzas of the boat poem written by Hamzah Fansuri.

Yang mana seperti dicontohkan Rasulullah Saw sebagai uswatun hasanah, yang mana Rasul sangat berhati-hati dalam berperilaku, dalam berbicara bahkan tetap berhati-hati pada saat menentukan hukum islam yang beliau laksanakan bersama sahabat-sahabatnya. Sudah sepantasnya kita sebagai umatnya mengikuti apa yang rasul ajarkan, katakan, dan perintahkan untuk segera kita laksanakan dan kita aplikasikan kepada kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka dari itu manajemen perubahan diperlukan agar bagaimana manajemen bisa masuk untuk merubah menjadi lebih baik lagi pada mahasiswa, yang mana demi terwujudnya pengamalan akhlakul karimah.

This article discusses about the hidden meaning of tapa wuda that had performed by Kalinyamat Queen as a symbol of Islamic education. This ritualistic behavior recorded in the Babad Tanah Jawi text which is often invites controversy about its meanings. Many people interpret tapa wuda textually as "asceticism without wearing clothes". Scientific studies with a hermenautic approach will reveal what means in this fragment of the Babad Tanah Jawi text. The method that is used in this journal is a descriptive qualitative method which will present data and findings in the form of descriptive writing. The results show that tapa wuda is a symbol that has meanings of the importance of an educational environment, patience, asceticism, and strong determination and purpose in seeking knowledge to gain wisdom in thinking and acting.

In an era when society tends to be static and fatalistic, Halim proposes dynamic and progressive thinking. By using historical research methods, this study found that Halim's quest to find national identity had been initiated since childhood until he died. Halim has contributed significantly to the growth of many other movements led by the younger generation since then. Halim also succeeded in solving local community problems, especially educational, da'wah and social problems. Sunan Kalijaga played an important role in the development of Islam, especially in Java. The name Lokajaya is attached to Sunan Kalijaga when preaching choosing to use culture and art. Wayang art is one of the things used in preaching so Sunan Kalijaga is known as a puppeteer of wayang purwa. Epistemology in Islam uses empiricism and rationalism as the foundation of true epistemology, but in Islamic epistemology it also uses God's word and intuition as a source of knowledge. Oneof the Muslim thinkers Muhammad 'Abid Al-Jabiri divided thepistimology in Islam into three methods, namely the bayani, burhani, and irfani methods. This research is using research with qualitative descriptive methods, the purpose of this method is to provide a general explanation of Sunan Kalijaga's cultural da'wah. This article uses a Library Research approach or literature research which is a study that examines various reference materials and findings related to previous research and serves to build a theoretical foundation for the problem being investigated (Sarwono: 2006). Data collection techniques use documentation procedures. Data analysis is carried out by comparing different pieces of documentation literature with different data from research findings related to the topic of research publication.

Dyslexia is a term that is related to the pattern of learning difficulties of students and is accompanied by characteristic problems in word recognition and accuracy, poor decoding and weak spelling abilities. Dyslexia can be experienced by students at all levels of education. Dyslexia should not prevent students from getting learning like other students. Thus the teacher must find the right subscription to overcome the learning difficulties of dyslexic students. In compiling this article, the authors use qualitative research and focus on literature studies. The author collects through documentation activities, namely collecting all information about dyslexia in books, journals, theses and other reading sources. This study aims to determine the definition of dyslexia, the characteristics of dyslexia and the factors that can affect dyslexia. The author also aims to inform readers about dyslexia subscription assistance which is termed clinical teaching. This article shows that clinical teaching can be one of the subscriptions for dyslexic students to find the weaknesses they face so that teachers and parents can create learning that is in accordance withthe characteristics of dyslexia and they can increase the potential that exists in dyslexic students.

In pre-Islamic times, the Arab people did not record the historical events they experienced; instead, they relied on memorization and oral traditions to preserve information related to their history. As time progressed, Islamic historiography emerged in the writing of Islamic history. Based on what has been stated, the author tends to write about Islamic historiography. This research is a type of library research. The analysis is conducted by collecting, exploring, and focusing on the substance of Islamic historical data related to the development of Islamic historiography. In its development, Islamic historiography consists of several stages or periods, namely the early stage, middle stage, early modern stage, and modern stage. Each stage has its own prominent figures. Moreover, in the writing of Islamic history, various polemics exist, including those related to the credibility of sources, differences in perspectives and interpretations, and the use of history for political purposes. Through Islamic historiography, historians are able to identify important events in Islamic history that have influenced the development of political and social culture, the effects of which can still be felt today.

Budaya patriarki yang berkembang di Barat sangat bertentang dengan ajaran Islam dimana penghormatan terhadap kaum wanita itu setara dalam tatanan sosial untuk berkontribusi dalam berbagai bidang. Feminisme dalam Islam sebagi diskusi tentang pentyetaraan kaum wanita dan pria dalam tatanan sosial. Urgensi dalam kajian ini untuk meninjau isu tersebut dalam pandangan Islam kontemporer dari pemikiran Al-Jabiri. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dengan jenis kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji epistemologi Al-Jabiri dalam kaitannya dengan fenomena feminisme. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa feminisme jika dilihat dari sudut pandang epistemologi Al-Jabiri, khususnya bayani, feminis dalam arti mengungguli laki-laki sebagaimana feminisme barat, tidak sesuai dengan konsep hakikat manusia yang ada dalam nash baik al-Qur’an maupun hadis. Sedangkan feminisme Islam berusaha merekonstruksi hasil dan produk ulama klasik dengan mengkaji tafsir Alquran atau Hadits yang dianggap sudah tidak relevan lagi dengan dunia kontemporer. Dalam epistemologi Irfani feminisme dipandang sebagai nilai-nilai kemanusiaan berdasarkan hati nurani. Selain itu, nilai-nilai etika dan moral diimplementasikan dalam konteks konsep spiritual yang terdiri dari kebaikan yang disepakati semua orang (ma'ruf), kebaikan yang hanya bisa dirasakan oleh individu (khair), kebahagiaan (sa'adah) dan tindakan kebaikan mereka (Fadhilah). Terakhir, dalam epistemologi Burhani dapat dikatakan bahwa feminisme merepresentasikan perubahan sosial dan dalam praktik kehidupan sosial yang terjadi di masa nabi Muhammad Saw serta diakui untuk menempatkan perempuan pada kedudukan yang setara dengan laki-laki.

Islamic education in the family, as reflected in QS. Luqman verses 12-19, describe Luqman's specialty as a figure who is wise and full of wisdom in the task of educating children. This concept provides a valuable foundation for parents in directing and educating their children, with the hope of success and safety, both in this world and the hereafter. This writing aims to analyze the concepts of Islamic education contained in QS. Luqman verses 12-19. The discussion point of this research focuses on the concept of Islamic Parenting education, by examining how Luqman as a father educated his child until his name was immortalized in the QS. Luqman verses 12-19. In this context, the research will review in depth the educational practices implemented by Luqman, as well as their relevance in the context of Islamic education in the family. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method. The results of this research found that the education contained in QS. Luqman according to Tafsir Ibnu Katsir includes: (1) an attitude of gratitude towards Allah SWT who has given him privileges in the form of wisdom, (2) monotheistic education, (3) devotion to his parents, (4), good deeds, (5) worship, and (6) have noble character towards others.

This research is based on the demands of the community's needs for quality and higher-quality education. Supervision is an important thing that needs to be done in an effort to improve the quality of education. This supervision is in the form of encouragement, guidance, and opportunities to grow teacher expertise in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of school principal supervision in improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at MI Sirojul Athfal Pondok Rajeg Cibinong Bogor. This research is based on the boardman's theory of supervision. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method supported by data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The sources of informants in this research were the principal and two teachers. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the supervision of the principal at MI Sirojul Athfal goes well every semester on a regular and scheduled basis. In stimulating teacher performance, the principal provides support, facilities, and appreciation for teachers. In coordinating teacher performance, the principal holds related coordination meetings, evaluates learning, conducts peer tutoring, and involves teachers in community activities. The school principal provides input, suggestions, and solutions related to difficulties faced by teachers, and in an effort to improve teacher performance, the principal provides motivation and optimizes facilities.

student discipline is a rule that always exists in the educational environment, disciplinary attitude is a mandatory attitude and must be possessed by every individual, especially schools. School is one of the educational environments after family education that must pay attention to student discipline in participating in the learning process, because it needs cooperation between parents, principals and teachers in improving student discipline. By increasing the attitude of discipline, management is also needed, the management needed is student management which regulates student activities at school and also plays a role in increasing student discipline. The implementation of management in schools certainly plays a very important role in an activity that is carried out effectively and efficiently to improve school performance in achieving educational goals. in this research conducted at MTs Al Falah, Tapos District, Depok City, which is an institution that supports students to live a disciplined life. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study, the subject were school princhipals, class VIII teachers, vice principals and guidance and counseling teachers.The results of the study show that the implementation of student management in improving student discipline has been carried out well. However, the attitude of discipline must be further enhanced by imposing penalties or sanctions for those who violate it, and student management must be able to manage students more effectively

This study aims to find or describe the enthusiasm of students for memorizing the Koran at the 'Ulumul Qur'an Mardhatillah Subulussalam Islamic Boarding School, teachers use several methods in teaching students to memorize the Koran easily so they can increase their enthusiasm for memorizing the Koran. The methods taught by the teacher when teaching them to memorize the Koran include: reading carefully verses from the verses of the Koran that will be memorized by looking at the manuscript repeatedly, memorizing verses from verses repeatedly so that they are finally memorized, depositing or listening to memorization. that a student has just memorized to a teacher (talaqqi), repeats the memorization of the Koran bit by bit which has been deposited with the teacher (tikrar), and listens to the memorization that has been memorized to other people, either to friends or other congregations (tasmi').

Management is a science and art to take action to achieve goals. Management of students is one of the management that must be managed properly in educational institutions. Students are people who have the choice to take knowledge in accordance with their aspirations and future hopes. Seeing how important it is for student planning to be carried out in an educational institution, researchers are interested in conducting research to identify and analyze student planning carried out at SMP IT Al Afkari. SMP IT is one of the formal educational institutions that implements the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. Based on the educational concept offered by the IT Middle School, it is not surprising that the IT Middle School is a school that is in great demand because the school is based on religion. The purpose of the research is to analyze the planning of students who are carried out at SMP IT Al Afkari. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, with descriptive research methods. Student planning carried out at Al Afkari IT Middle School is: an analysis of the needs of students at Al-Afkari IT Middle School is carried out by looking at the number of study rooms in Al-Afkari IT Middle School by adjusting the existing facilities and infrastructure. Student recruitment is carried out in an open system for any student who has graduated from elementary school to continue their education at Al-Afkari IT Middle School, there is no selection of new students. Orientation of students for the introduction of the school environment, as well as class placement according to class level.

The world of education has many goals to be achieved, one of which is to foster disciplined behavior in students. With the habit of praying dhuha at school, students should be able to understand and develop disciplined behavior in each of them. This study aims to determine the level of habituation of the Dhuha prayer in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City, to determine the level of discipline in class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City and to analyze the influence of the habituation of Dhuha prayer in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor City. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. This study used a population of all VIII grade students at MTs Al-Ahsan with a total sample of 114 people taken at random. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used simple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that: First, the habit of praying dhuha in congregation for class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "good" category with an average value (mean) of 46.94. Second, the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan obtained a score in the "very good" category with an average score (mean) of 46.91. And third, the results of the simple regression test obtained a calculated t value of 14.909 > t table of 1.661, a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05 and a coefficient of determination of 0.665 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between the habit of praying dhuha in congregation on the learning discipline of class VIII students at MTs Al-Ahsan Bogor is 66.5% while the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other factors.

The challenge for an educator in keeping up with the times is that they must be able to provide and utilize ICT (Information and Communication Technology) which is expected to be able to direct and guide students to understand it. ICT-based learning processes or those involving technology are usually called E-Learning or Electronic Learning. One example is E-Learning Madrasah which is an application produced and issued by the Ministry of Religion. This research aims to analyze the perceptions of students using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) towards Madrasah E-Learning. The research method used is a quantitative approach by carrying out statistical-based testing on the data that has been collected. Researchers want to know students' perceptions of the acceptance and use of information technology in the form of Madrasah E-Learning. The research results prove that there is an influence between perception and use or acceptance of Madrasah E-Learning. It is known that for students, the variables Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive effect on Acceptance of IT and have a dominant influence on acceptance of the E-Learning system.
