Integration in Modern Islamic Boarding Schools; Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyyah (KMI) Gontor Curriculum

Along with the flow of modernization, Islamic boarding schools have experienced development. Starting from the Salafiyah (traditional) Islamic boarding school, it developed until the Khalafiyah (modern) Islamic boarding school model was born. The Salafiyah Islamic boarding school model with its old traditions prioritizes the study of classical Islamic books, while the Khalafiyah (modern) Islamic boarding school model has characteristics that combine Islam, science and culture. Modern Islamic Boarding School Darussalam Gontor is one of the modern Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia which has the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) program with the identity of implementing its own curriculum and not following the curriculum that has been planned by the government. KMI with the dormitory system indicates that for 24 hours the students' activities within the Islamic boarding school are an educational process. This research is a literature study that uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are an analysis of the integration contained in the Kulliyatul Mu'allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) Gontor curriculum. The educational process contained in the KMI curriculum is integrated by combining general knowledge and Islamic religious knowledge which is reflected in all activities at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The education and teaching system combines intra-curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular in one unit, with the uniqueness of combining 100% general knowledge and 100% religious knowledge.

This research aims to theoretically explain the basic principles of the Integration of Islam, Science and Indonesian Culture. The method used in this research is Library Research. The results of this research are that the integration that occurs between Islam, Science and Indonesian Culture is confirmed where religion is the basis of faith in carrying out science and culture. Faith also exists in science which believes that the universe has orderly and rational laws, and culture which takes place on the basis of belief in an entity that has the power behind its implementation is faith, so it can be understood that monotheism is the basic principle of the integration of Islam, Science and Indonesian Culture. As we understand, tawhid itself is the faith or aqidah that identifies a Muslim, resulting in the development of Islamic civilization throughout the world.

Integration between Islam, science and Indonesian culture is an effort to unite and create a relationship between religious values, science and technology, and Indonesian culture. This aims to form an intellectual generation capable of upholding the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. in everyday life which cannot be separated from science and technology as well as the culture that exists in society. This research uses a case study method. To obtain data, researchers collected various kinds of scientific papers or data related to the characteristics of the integration of Islam, science and Indonesian culture. This research shows that Islam, science and Indonesian culture are related and can complement each other to cover each other's shortcomings. This means that in these three realms of knowledge there is a kind of common ground, especially in its tentative nature (uncertain or still subject to change). Even if taken further, namely from a religious perspective, all ontological object statuses, be it science, religion or culture, are one.

State Universities as Centers for Dialogue Between Science, Religion and Culture

This research study was conducted to examine models of integration of science, religion and culture in State Universities in Indonesia, especially State Islamic Universities (UIN). This research uses the integrative literature review method, where researchers combine various articles, books and other literature regarding the integration model of science, religion and culture in state universities. The results of this study show that State Universities are part of educational institutions that can be used as a center for dialogue between science, religion and culture. This can be seen from several campuses that have their own models in integrating science, religion and culture in state universities. Such as UIN Syarif Hidayatulloh, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Sumatera, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Character Education values in Social Sciences Learning. An integrated introduction to character values in social studies subjects. In the introduction to social studies learning, we apply the importance of values in cultivating daily behavior. Character must be built through a process, one of which is daily learning at school. These values are integrated into social studies learning, especially the development of religious values, discipline, and ethics and morals in social and environmental relations. Integrating education into the learning process begins with planning, implementing and evaluating the learning stages. The principle of contextual learning (teaching and learning in situations) which can be implemented in the development of learning plans (curriculum, lesson plans, design of learning activities and assessment in teaching materials), learning processes and assessments.

Multilingual ability is one of the abilities that is really needed in the global era and industrial era 4.0. One of the most vital international languages is English, because English can connect society with the world in various fields, including education. The method used in this research uses Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to find out the most appropriate method for designing Enterprise architecture in government agencies. This research results in the fact that students are quite familiar with mathematics vocabulary and mathematics learning in English, thus the "comprehension strategies" stage has been carried out quite well. However, it can be seen that P students use a type of word-for-word translation which results in the translation results being less smooth and the meaning less precise in the context of phrases, clauses and sentences. So it can be said that the "production strategies" stage is still not good.

This research aims to describe the implementation of the 2013/Scientific curriculum learning strategy and describe the advantages and disadvantages of applying scientific implementation to learning. The implementation of learning through the teaching and learning process is basically the core of education as a whole. Teachers as educators who participate directly in the learning process are obliged to ensure that students are active in the learning process by using appropriate learning models. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative to obtain complete and in-depth descriptions in the form of written and spoken words of people and observable behavior. Information is analyzed by reducing data, describing data and drawing conclusions. This research is to identify how strategies are implemented in religious subjects at SD Kartika I- 2. This research examines teachers' teaching strategies in religious subjects using the 2013/Scientific curriculum learning strategies.

The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of institutional identity, image and quality assurance of Islamic educational institutions. This research uses the library research method, namely researching library materials or literature related to the research problem by selecting, reading, reviewing and researching books or other relevant written sources. The results of the research explain that Islamic educational institutions show themselves not only as educational institutions, but also include Islamic identity and the identity of Muslims. Ways to grow the image of Islamic educational institutions are educational publications, forming public opinion, and marketing education. The purpose of. implementation of a letter processing system at BPMP (Education Quality Assurance Center) which makes it easier for employees to make permits to enter and leave the company and increases the disciplinary attitude of each employee. The method used is literature study and interviews. The use case diagram lists the parties involved and discusses any systemic actions that might be taken. There are five different actors in this system: visitors, staff, administration, leadership, and archives.

The impact of ethical challenges in the era of globalization has become evident among the younger generation, leading to a reluctance among youth to incorporate Islamic guidance into their daily lives. This study aims to explore the application of human morality concerning oneself, Allah SWT, and Prophet Muhammad SAW. The research adopts a subjective approach with a focus on library research methods. Scientific references, including articles, books, proceedings, and academic projects (such as theses or dissertations), serve as the primary sources of research data. The findings reveal that personal morality involves striving to balance the physical and spiritual aspects of oneself without imposing limitations on either, while upholding virtues such as gratitude, sincerity, patience, forgiveness, and trust. Additionally, human morality towards Allah SWT as the Creator entails worship and the maintenance of the continuity of life as khalifatullah fil ardh. Regarding morality towards the Messenger of Allah, it involves emulating his life and implementing Islamic teachings in alignment with the Prophet Muhammad's words, actions, and judgments.

The book Kifayatul Awwam, an important work in Islamic literature, was written by Al-Fudholi, a famous Muslim scholar. This book is famous for presenting broad Islamic teachings, especially the attributes of Allah. This research uses the Library Research method by utilizing data and literature in this writing. The research aims to provide a general understanding of the twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam. The book kifayatul awwam includes twenty characteristics that are very important to understand in Islamic teachings, because they are the basis of the Islamic faith. Some of the characteristics discussed in this book include the characteristics of obligatory, impossible and jaiz for Allah. The twenty characteristics contained in the book kifayatul awwam have an important role in forming the creed of the Islamic ummah. Understanding and implementing this characteristic is an important part of the spiritual journey of a servant's life.

This study was carried out within 2 days by applying the use of network-based media in the classroom. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using application-based network media in learning Islamic Religious Education.

Information technology (ICT) from internet-connected mobile phones has changed learning models, culture, social life, imagining the future and political participation. With changes in social attitudes and community psychology, education must experience a revolution that demands new ways of mastering science in learning. Islamic education has so far made changes in models, methods and strategies to develop Islamic education to be modern and adapt to global situations and conditions. And stay within the corridor of educational ideals and goals based on the Quran and Hadith, as well as the goals of national education, the principles and philosophy of the country. Adhering to the principle of keeping good traditions and adopting new and better traditions is a paradigmatic mantra of progress, continuity, openness to innovation to achieve knowledge transfer. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the role of Islamic integration studies, science, and archipelago culture in the global era. This writing uses a literature study approach, using books related to the topic under study as sources and research materials. Integrating Quranic values into the Islamic education system, in the context of paradigm-shifting phenomena and modern digital culture, is an inevitable logical consequence of science and information technology is absolutely necessary. This can be achieved through various approaches such as curriculum innovation, character building, creation of an educational environment and strengthening of human resources and role models.

In Indonesia, the café business continues to thrive because it is considered a profitable In Indonesia, the cafe business continues to thrive because it is considered profitable and worth considering. The large number of business people trying to enter the culinary business has caused competition among culinary business people to be relatively high. W.E.K.O.F Cafe must have the right business strategy to compete with competitors. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the aim of explanatory research through case studies. Data collection using a semi-structured interview method. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. Analysis of the internal and external environment is used to determine what strategy W.E.K.O.F Cafe needs now. This study uses the Value Chain to analyze the company's internal as well as using PESTEL and Porter's Five Forces to analyze the influence of the micro and macro environment on the company. SWOT analysis is used to produce strategic designs suitable for companies to implement. Then, the IFE, EFE, IE, CPM, GS, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) matrices are used for data processing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the W.E.K.O.F Cafe has not been optimal in designing strategies. The owner still takes decision-making as a whole. Alternative strategy suggestions that can be done is market development.
