The0purpose of this study is to find0out how the zakat utilization mechanism is applied by DDW, especially in the merit scholarship program in the Dompet Dhuafa Waspada2 North Sumatra, and to find out how the impact of awarding merit scholarships has on increasing the entrepreneurial desire of the scholarship beneficiaries which leads to the conclusion whether the utilization of scholarships is beneficial. What is done by the underprivileged wallet is alert that it is optimal or not optimal. This study use a descriptive approach0with the type of research is qualitative, so0the data analysis used is0descriptive qualitative0analysis. The results of this study indicate that the achievement scholarship program run by DDW in collaboration with UPZ Bank SUMUT has been running optimally. It is evident from the amount of funds obtained since 2017-2020 which has increased, as well as all the efforts they have made to make this program better and more effective. This study started from the author's observations of social care embodied by zakat, infaq and sadaqah as a form of a Muslim's faith to help ease the burden of Muslims, thus making the Muslims prosperous. The purpose of this research is to find out the constraints and efforts as well as strategies in optimizing ZIS funds. The method used in this study uses a descriptive method, namely by collecting interview data, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the Ar-Rahman Orphanage in Medan City in the strategy of increasing fundraising has 3 strategies, namely the first program strategy which consists of 7 main programs, namely humanitarian programs, orphans and poor self-reliance programs, da'wah programs, educational programs, economic programs, utilization programs, and health programs. In addition to these programs in the Infaq Sadaqah program there is one program called Ifsoh bound. . The method used is an analysis of empirical studies and the latest literature relevant to the research topic. The results showed that the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style had a positive impact on students' learning motivation at school. This leadership style involves active participation of students in making decisions related to learning programs and the learning environment. Students are given the opportunity to express their opinions, provide feedback, and make decisions together with educational leaders and teachers. This study shows that students who are involved in decision-making and are given an active role in learning feel more valued and have a sense of ownership of their learning. This can increase students' learning motivation and help them to achieve their academic goals. In addition, the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style also allows teachers to obtain better feedback from students regarding their learning experiences. Teachers can use this feedback to modify the learning program and learning environment according to the needs of students, thereby increasing their motivation to learn. In conclusion, this study shows that the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style can have a positive impact on students' motivation to learn at school. Therefore, educational leaders should consider implementing the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style in learning environments to increase students' motivation to learn and the overall quality of education. The results of the research conducted show that the waqf management and development system productively at the Al-Uswah Kuala Islamic Boarding School, Langkat Regency is carried out by administering and collecting data on waqf assets, then recording them in a notarial deed so that they have permanent legal force, and carrying out maximum supervision so that the utilization Waqf assets are in accordance with their function and main objective, which is to develop Islamic education as a place to nurture true Muslims. How is the zakat distribution system by BAZNAS Langkat Regency in Karang Rejo Village. What are the factors that cause delays in the BAZNAS distribution system in Langkat Regency. How is the strategy carried out by BAZNAS Langkat Regency to increase the collection and effectiveness in distributing zakat in Karang Rejo Village, Langkat Regency. This research is a qualitative research using a legal sociology approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, secondary data as initial data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, then followed by primary data or field data obtained from documents and interviews with several Amil Agency officials Langkat District National Zakat. Data was obtained using secondary data from companies in the healthcare sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Purposive sampling was used as a technique in this research, then a total of 5 final samples of companies were obtained after removing outlier data from the research object. Firm value is measured using the Tobin's Q method. The DPR ratio is used to measure dividend policy, while DER is used to measure debt policy, and Board Study Diversity is measured based on the ratio of board of directors with a background in economics and business studies compared to the total board of directors using panel data regression.
