The method used is an analysis of empirical studies and the latest literature relevant to the research topic. The results showed that the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style had a positive impact on students' learning motivation at school. This leadership style involves active participation of students in making decisions related to learning programs and the learning environment. Students are given the opportunity to express their opinions, provide feedback, and make decisions together with educational leaders and teachers. This study shows that students who are involved in decision-making and are given an active role in learning feel more valued and have a sense of ownership of their learning. This can increase students' learning motivation and help them to achieve their academic goals. In addition, the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style also allows teachers to obtain better feedback from students regarding their learning experiences. Teachers can use this feedback to modify the learning program and learning environment according to the needs of students, thereby increasing their motivation to learn. In conclusion, this study shows that the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style can have a positive impact on students' motivation to learn at school. Therefore, educational leaders should consider implementing the Vroom-Yetton participatory leadership style in learning environments to increase students' motivation to learn and the overall quality of education. One of the development of books as a learning medium or reading material today is by making scrapbook-based books. The type of research conducted by researchers uses the Sukmadinata development research model. The R&amp;D cycle refers to Sukmadinata (2007: 184) can be simplified into three main steps, where each step includes several operational steps. The scrapbook-based book learning media developed has gone through a validation process. The results of the media expert validation test obtained a score of 95.2%, said to be very valid and can be used by grade VI students. The results of the material expert test obtained a score of 96.0%, very valid and can be used by students. The percentage results state that scrapbook-based book learning media products are very valid in terms of the material listed in them already meet the criteria. Pretest scores are obtained from before students get lessons using scrapbook learning media. While posttest scores are obtained after students get lessons using scrapbook learning media. The average pretest score obtained by students was 62.6 and the posttest score obtained by students was 86.1 in grade VI students of SD Negeri Kaliwunggu 01 totaling 16 students. After measuring the level of initial understanding and the level of final understanding, students test the difference in the average value of initial understanding and final understanding with the N-Gain Score test which is calculated using SPSS. The result of calculating the N-gain score using SPSS gets a result of 0.62. These results show that scrapbook-based learning media get a medium category in terms of effectiveness. Judging from the results of N-Gain measurements in the form of percent, obtaining a result of 62.6% is said to be quite effective. Judging from the results of the N-Gain Score calculation, there are differences in the level of understanding of students before and after using scrapbook learning media in the learning process. For this reason, a research was conducted entitled "Application of the talking stick model to improve learning outcomes in mathematics material (Time Unit) in grade III MI Cibuntu, Cicurug sub-district. Data collected uses observation, tests and documentation, while research data is analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research results show that this learning model influences the learning outcomes of elementary school students. The application of the Cooperative Learning Model Make A Match is higher than the pretest average. The existence of game elements in the Make A Match learning model prevents students from getting bored and stiff in the learning process because students learn while playing. Game elements in this lesson include finding pairs of question cards and answer cards held. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental attention on the formation of Islamic character with the method used, namely the functional correlation quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire /questionnaire with analysis using simple linear regression statistical analysis. The implementation of the influence of parents' attention on the formation of Islamic character in santi/students at the modern Muhammadiyah Islamic boarding school kwala madu Langkat brings the direction of the influence of the X variable on the Y variable which is positive. The result of the significance of Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.
