Abstract

 


This study aims to discuss and analyze the motivation to work on oneself and employees in the company so that the effectiveness of work results is good and increased. In this study, the author uses a quantitative method with a survey approach based on common problems that occur in the company, data collection techniques in this study use field observation technique that directly interviewed several employees at one of the co-authors related to the title made by the author and used library techniques as the main reference in this study. The results of this study that to calculate this study using multiple linear regression data analysis tools with the results Y = 13,784 + 0, 789 X with X variable, namely work motivation and Y variable, namely work effectiveness. With the meaning that the relationship between work motivation on the effectiveness of work results is very influential on the results of employee performance in the company. R Square = 0.655 means that the contribution of work motivation to the effectiveness of work results is 65.5% while the remaining 34.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study such as allowances, compensation and bonuses.
