Abstract

Sharia insurance is an endeavor by numerous people/parties to protect and aid each other by investments in the form of assets and/or tabarru that gives a pattern for dealing with particular risks through a sharia-compliant agreement (commitment). Sharia insurance covers the financial services industry as well as how to collect public funds through premium collecting. Members of the public who use insurance services are also protected against the chance of a loss of an uncertain occurrence or the death of a person.
