Penerapan Prinsip Good Corporate Governance pada PT Penjaminan Jamskrindo Syariah

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is the key to success for companies in obtaining profits to achieve long-term or short-term goals to be able to compete well in global business, in implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG), companies apply the important concept of shareholder rights to obtain information with correct, accurate and timely. However, a thorough understanding of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is required. Therefore, this article aims to classify, identify scientific publications and to find out the extent to which the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles which consist of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness. The results of this study were tested using triangulation of sources, then presented every principle that has been implemented by the research subject. The results show that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) at PT. Jamkrindo Syariah.
