Abstract

 


Along with changes in technology and life in all fields, all agencies strive to create innovations that have more capabilities in providing the best and useful services for all. A revolutionary change that changes any need so that it can be served in one application is called digitization. Digitalization in the banking world plays an important role and is a must to change the mindset. As a result of digitalization, customers can access things quickly, efficiently, and flexibly anywhere and anytime. The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits, opportunities, costs, risks of digitizing banking products and to determine the strategy for optimizing the digitization of banking products at Indonesian Islamic Banks. The type of research conducted in this research is qualitative and quantitative. In this study, the data used are primary data and secondary data. The method used in this study is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method using the BOCR network (Benefit, Opportunity, Cost and Ratio). The results of this study are the benefits of digitizing banking products, namely environmentally friendly, product, service, reach, and economical. Opportunity to digitize banking products, namely financial management solutions, internet use, application of new technologies, collaboration with other financial services sectors, experience. The costs of digitizing banking products are investment capital, operational cost efficiency, transaction costs, promotion costs, and complaint costs due to digitization. The risks of digitizing banking products are the level of public literacy, safety, promotion, networking, and privacy rights. Meanwhile, the strategy for optimizing the digitization of banking products at Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely: socialization, promotion, and cross selling of branchless banking services, system strengthening, development of new features, collaborating with fintech, commitment to continue to innovate.
