Analisis Mekanisme Penggunaan Akad Rahn Dalam Transaksi Gadai Tanah Perkebunan Kelapa Menurut Perspektif Islam: Studi Kasus Desa Pondok Panjang Kampung Mekarsari Lebak Banten

Abstract

There are problems studied in the researcher, namely: first, how is the process of implementing the pawning of coconut plantations in the village of Pondok Panjang, Kampung Mekarsari, Lebak Banten, second, how is the view of Islamic law on the process of implementing the pawning of coconut plantations in the village of Pondok Panjang, Kampung Mekarsari, Lebak Banten. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing the pawning of coconut plantations in an Islamic perspective and to find out the views from the side of Islamic law on the process of implementing the pawning of coconut plantations in Pondok Panjang Village, Mekarsari Village, Lebak Banten. The author reveals the problem in depth and comprehensively, which is useful for providing information, facts and data about the Analysis of the Mechanism of Using the Rahn Agreement in Pawn Transactions for Coconut Plantation Land According to an Islamic Perspective (Case Study of Pondok Panjang Village, Mekarsari Village, Lebak Banten) by using qualitative research using this type of research. primary and secondary data, namely conducting interviews directly with the pawn recipients, namely Mr. Karna and Mr. Herdi, for the pawnshop Mr. Syahdi. From the results of this study, it was found that: first, the mechanism in implementing the pawning of coconut tree plantations was in accordance with the rules and provisions of Islamic law. Second, the implementation of this contract is in accordance with the Islamic perspective, which according to the Syafi'i School of pawn contracts for coconut plantations in Ponddok Panjang Village, Mekarsari Village, Lebak Banten, is allowed if it is allowed by the pawnbroker (rahin).
